vEstimator provides a platform for body shops to generate estimates and communicate with customers through our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

3. User Accounts and Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. vEstimator cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempting to circumvent, disable or interfere with security features of the Service
• Harvesting or collecting information about other users
• Engaging in unauthorized scraping, data mining, or extraction of information
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or user accounts
• Engaging in any activity that could harm our servers or networks
• Using the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

4. Intellectual Property Rights

vEstimator retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property rights. This includes all photographs, videos, and other media uploaded to our platform. By submitting content to our Service, you grant vEstimator a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any form, media, or technology.

8. Arbitration Agreement

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be determined by binding arbitration. You acknowledge and agree that you are waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.

9. Termination

vEstimator may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

vEstimator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
